3 Account Registration

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
